On Sunday 7th June, 18 officers and staff from Lincolnshire Police will be taking part in the Woodhall Spa 10k run to raise money for Help for Heroes. All 18 have either served in the Armed Forces or have strong family ties.
Police Inspector Elmer said: "This year we're more motivated than ever and all of us are proud to be running for those who have laid down their lives for our country. One of last year's runners, Sgt Jason Baxter has decided to take it to the next level and will be running for H4H at the Boston to Skegness 26-mile run on the same day."
