Dominic Biddick MC was a company commander in the Royal Anglian Regiment during the 1st Battalion's tough deployment in Afghanistan in 2007.
As a tribute to the nine members of the Battalion who were killed and to the many who were injured during the deployment, Major Biddick will be taking part in Sunday's London Marathon and raising money for Help for Heroes.
