Men 
from 1st Battalion the Royal Anglian Regiment were welcomed at Westminster by MPs from the Regiment's recruiting area of Essex. The MPs were given first-hand accounts of what it's like fighting on the frontline in Afghanistan. Last year 1st Battalion returned from a six month deployment in Afghanistan during which 9 of their fellow comrades sadly lost their lives.
The 2nd Battalion has also only recently returned from a successful tour in Iraq.
