Freepost for ALL service personnel abroad!

The current freepost arrangements for the Armed Forces do not cover all personnel on active service abroad - for example, those serving on many Royal Navy ships on deployment do not benefit. There are many other areas where personnel, deployed for months at a time, would also benefit from the post being made free for them.
The receiving (and sending) of letters and parcels is really important for boosting the morale of the guys and gals serving overseas, away from their loved ones; its also important for families and friends at home. The Government should be providing such postage free-of-charge to all service personnel on deployment away from the UK.
