Hero postage stamps - support the Art Fund project

According to a poll announced in today's Sun, more than two thirds of the British public think not enough is being done to recognise UK soldiers killed in Iraq and Afghanistan. Postage stamps are an ideal way of reminding people of the sacrifices that our servicemen and women are making on our behalf and what better images could there be for the stamps than pictures of those who have made the ultimate sacrifice. The Art Fund is organising a campaign that aims to get the Royal Mail to issue a set of hero stamps with images by the official war artist, Steve McQueen.
There is an online petition to request the Government to agree to issuing these stamps and almost 10,000 people have already signed it, so why don't you? Use the link below:
