Pennine Way tab for Combat Stress

Two former soldiers are trekking 270 miles across the Pennine Way to raise money for ex-servicemen and women who have been left traumatised by serving their country. To make the task even harder, Steve Joyce (2 Royal Regiment of Fusiliers), and Jason Turner (1 Royal Anglian Regiment), will be undertaking the hike in true British Army style with each man carrying a full pack. The intrepid pair plan to cover 20 to 30 miles per day and hope to complete the hike in 14 days in May to raise money for the Combat Stress charity.
The trekkers have set up a JustGiving account, which can be accessed via www.justgiving.com/pennineway2008. while they also have a MySpace link which can be visited at www.myspace.com/pennineway2008
