The Magnificent Seven

Seven soldiers have set off on the first of seven marathon hikes to be completed in seven days marching for seven hours each day.
The soldiers, from 29 Regiment Royal Logistics Corps, will be carrying 30lb packs on their 185 mile challenge and aim to raise £50,000 for the Army Benevolent Fund. Captain Alan Tindale said: “It’s payback from us. The care and after-care of soldiers is paramount.”

Good luck, lads!
